Obnoxious Pudgy Loud-Talking Cell Phone Guy:  Someone slashed my tires!  Someone SLASHED my tires!  I was parked just outside of Bookstore, using my mom's tags in a handicapped space, and someone came along and SLASHED my TIRES!  I hate these fuckin' hippies!
